PCB供應鏈7月營運升溫

印刷電路板供應鏈7月營收近日全數出爐，同步優於6月，欣興電子 、華通電腦 等任意層高密度連接板廠分別創下過去8個月新高。據悉，之前市場頻傳蘋果智慧型手機推出恐比往年晚，部分零元件供應鏈也證實投料較去年慢了20天到一個月，除欣興、華通等蘋果任意層高密度連接板廠，市場普遍還認定F-臻鼎科技 、嘉聯益科技、台郡科技等軟性印刷電路板為供應鏈，7月營收確未明顯躍增，但已同步優於6月。
在之前蘋果推出新產品的空窗期，相關PCB、FPC供應鏈第2季營收也受影響，HDI廠相對優於FPC廠，但下半年FPC營收爆發力可觀。（新聞來源：時報資訊）
