山東推進積體電路發展 明年有望破200億人民幣

日前，山東出臺《關於貫徹國發4號檔加快積體電路產業發展的意見》，對於加快推進山東積體電路產業跨越式發展，帶動產業轉型升級提出了意見要求。此次意見明確了發展重點：優先發展積體電路設計產業，積極發展封裝測試業，加快推動積體電路生產線建設，積極推動積體電路裝備製造業及配套材料、配套件等支撐產業的發展，加快完善積體電路公共服務平臺建設。
預計到2015年，記憶體、金融IC卡、存儲控制晶片、數字家庭、移動智能終端、電力電子、感測器等領域積體電路產品設計技術接近國際一流水準，電子設計自動化工具和電路仿真及驗證技術、積體電路用金絲、載帶等材料技術達到國際一流水準。建成20-30家積體電路設計中心，重點培育和引進3-5傢俱有國際先進水準的積體電路晶片製造、封裝測試和材料生產企業，建成2個大陸有影響力的積體電路產業化基地。將基本建立起有利於積體電路產業發展的政策環境和創新機制，產業銷售收入也有望突破200億元人民幣。（新聞來源：齊魯網）
