蘋果新產品來勢洶洶，PCB雨露均沾

蘋果下半年將推出的智慧型手機iPhone 6及智慧手錶iWatch，臺系印刷電路板產業雨露均沾，包括軟板廠、硬板廠以及載板廠都是直接受惠者。包括臺郡、臻鼎、嘉聯益以及華通、景碩等PCB廠下半年營運可望逐季攀升，預估今年上、下半年營收比重有機會呈現4：6，甚至3：7。載板廠景碩Q2營運淡季不淡，單季合併營收達67.84億元人民幣，再度改寫單季歷史新高紀錄。景碩主要客戶結構為聯發科、Qualcomm、Marvell、Broadcom等，產品主要應用在手機基頻、基地臺、消費性產品、網通、DRAM等。而今年蘋果將推出穿戴裝置iWatch，將會導入SiP封裝技術，加上智慧型手機iPhone 6的WiFi模組、Touch ID指紋辨識感測器模組等皆會應用SiP模組，景碩的SiP基板出貨量大增，挹注下半年營運活水。
下半年是智慧型手機新品上市旺季，除蘋果、三星等品牌廠外，中國大陸智慧型手機也積極佈局，由於中國大陸中、低智慧機的前3大晶片業者都是景碩的客戶，因此，景碩除了下半年有中國大陸4G智慧型手機出貨大爆發外，還有蘋果訂單效益，是推升景碩Q3營運續站新高的主要原因。（來源：自由時報）
