银监会发文解决“倒贷”问题 降低小微企业融资成本

近日，银监会发布新规，要求商业银行解决小微企业“倒贷”问题、降低小微企业融资成本。据了解，目前流动资金贷款是小微企业主要的融资工具，但在银行业流动资金贷款业务中还存在着期限设定不合理、业务品种单一、服务模式不够灵活等问题，影响小微企业的正常生产经营，有时甚至需要小微企业通过外部高息融资来解决资金问题。银监会24日发布了《中国银监会关于完善和创新小微企业贷款服务提高小微企业金融服务水平的通知》，要求银行业金融机构合理设定流动资金贷款期限，提高贷款期限与小微企业生产经营周期的匹配度。丰富完善贷款品种，科学运用循环贷款、年审贷款等业务品种，合理采取分期还款等灵活的还款方式，减少小微企业一次性还款压力。(来源：京华时报)
