近日，美國監管機構與大陸關於太陽能元件的長期貿易爭端仍在繼續，這起案件已經開始重新塑造該行業，讓大陸之外的生產商頗受鼓舞，而且還抬升了太陽能開發商購買元件的價格。25號美國商務部又朝著這一方向採取了另一項舉措，認定大陸太陽能公司在以低於成本的價格向美國市場傾銷產品，因而將對其加征10.74%到55.49%的關稅。此前，6月份的另一項判決認為，大陸太陽能組件生產商受益於不公正的政府補貼，因而對其徵收19%到35%的高額關稅。從2012年開始，美國已經對帶有大陸製造的太陽能電池的組件徵收額外關稅。太陽能電池是構成元件的最後一個重要部件。但是，許多生產商紛紛通過使用別處——尤其是臺灣——製造的電池來避稅。所以，判決中涵蓋了臺灣電池，並決定對它們加征27.59%到44.18%的關稅。由於大陸太陽能元件價格上漲，那些同時生產和安裝太陽能系統的公司——比如設在加州聖約瑟的SunPower——可能會更具競爭力，因為從長期來看，能效較高的設備能夠節省開支。而這次漲價正好發生在市場的大規模應用端處境尤其艱難的時候，因為太陽能開發商之前一直在與公用事業企業簽訂低價售電協定，如果設備成本上漲，這些協定都將變得難以履行。（來源：鳳凰財經）
