大陸超九成多晶矽企業停產 並購重組迫在眉睫

截至2012年底，大陸已有的60多家多晶矽企業中，只有4至5家在進行少量生產，90%以上的企業已經處於停產狀態，而其上游多晶矽產業不僅產能嚴重過剩，更面臨著技術、能耗等多重問題。在國內產能過剩的同時，國外多晶矽加劇低價傾銷，更加速了國內企業陷入困境。大陸多晶矽行業低效產能過剩，綜合競爭力低下，小產能企業面臨破行業並購重組迫在眉睫。 (來源：證券時報)
