大陸工信部《意見》推廣新能源汽車

國務院21日公佈《關於進一步支持新能源汽車推廣應用的指導性意見》, 最新公佈的這個意見為加快新能源汽車推廣應用提出了6個方面,25條的具體政策措施, 加快充電設施建設，積極引導企業創新商業模式、推動公共服務領域率先推廣應用，進一步完善政策體系、破除地方保護等六個方面助推產業發展。從總體來說,指導思想明確指出發展新能源汽車必須以純電子驅動為新能源汽車發展的主要戰略取向,重點是發展純電動汽車,插電式的混合動力汽車和燃料電池汽車。要求與市場主導和政府扶持相結合,建立長期穩定新能源汽車發展政策體系。能源汽車推廣應用城市，新增或更新車輛中的新能源汽車比例不低於30％，對黨政機關和公共機構使用新能源汽車等也做了比例上的要求。並嚴格執行全國統一的新能源汽車和充電設施標準、目錄，破除當前存在的地方保護現象，規範市場秩序。 以下為意見全文：
