清華紫光9億美元完成收購銳迪科

近日，清華控股下屬企業紫光集團有限公司和銳迪科微電子聯合宣佈，以9.07億美元的價格完成對銳迪科微電子的收購，這成為今年以來積體電路產業金額最大的一起收購。 隨著對銳迪科收購後的整合，其與另一家積體電路設計領軍企業展訊通信的關係將由競爭變成協同效應，後者已於去年被紫光集團收購。如果整合順利，這將對行業的國際競爭力產生重大影響。銳迪科成立於2004年，是在納斯達克上市的大陸最有實力的晶片設計企業之一，也是目前大陸唯一能夠成功設計並大規模量產包括數位基帶、射頻收發器、功率放大器、射頻開關、藍牙、無線、調頻收音等全系列數位及射頻產品的積體電路供應商，擁有近100項具有大陸自主智慧財產權的發明專利，客戶包括三星、LG、HTC、中興、華為、聯想等1,100餘家。(來源：新華網)
