國星光電實施擴產計畫 欲構建垂直一體化產業鏈

從2013年年中開始，下游照明市場開始復蘇，需求旺盛，帶動了上中游晶片封裝的回暖，封裝更是最早感受到這種趨勢。受益下游LED照明應用需求增長的拉動，LED行業各領域均呈現出較好的增長勢頭。主營LED封裝的國星光電日前透露，公司已制定實施2014年上半年擴產計畫，將逐步構建起垂直一體化產業鏈。2014年上半年公司已經制定實施擴產計畫，包括產品研發和產能擴建。其中半導體方面，公司表示，國星半導體的一期20台MOCVD設備於2013年下半年陸續開始投入生產，預計年中將有18台投入生產，剩餘2台供研發使用。公司非公開發行擬投資項目為國星半導體二期，計畫再增加20台MOCVD設備。(來源：南方網)
