發改委放開15項專業服務收費標準

日前，國家發展改革委發出通知，決定放開15項專業服務收費標準，實行市場調節價。由供需雙方依據服務品質、成本和市場供求狀況協商確定收費標準，政府不再直接管理價格。此次放開價格的專業服務專案有：專利代理服務、報關服務、自願性產品認證、品質（環境）體系認證等15項。此次放開的專業服務收費專案大多為生產服務業。發改委稱，這是落實十八屆三中全會精神和國務院部署要求，進一步推進簡政放權，充分發揮市場配置資源的決定性作用，激發市場主體活力的具體舉措。(來源：財新網)
