新能源汽車購置稅9月1日起免征

大陸國務院總理李克強7月9日主持召開國務院常務會議，決定自2014年9月1日至2017年底，免征新能源汽車車輛購置稅。主要對獲得許可在大陸境內銷售(包括進口)的純電動以及符合條件的插電式(含增程式)混合動力、燃料電池三類新能源汽車，免征車輛購置稅。據中汽協最新統計資料顯示，上半年新能源汽車生產20,692輛，銷售20,477輛，比上年同期分別增長2.3倍和2.2倍，產銷量已超過上年全年數量。其中，純電動汽車產銷分別完成12,185輛和11,777輛，插電式混合動力汽車產銷分別完成8,507輛和8,700輛。此次免征新能源汽車車輛購置稅的出臺，將有效降低購車成本，有助於新能源車推廣提速。 (來源：新華網)
