銅陵有色擬增資11.9億擴大銅冠銅箔產能

銅陵有色近日表示，擬對其子公司銅冠銅箔再投資11.9億元人民幣，新增年1.5萬噸高精度特種電子銅箔擴建專案。新增項目分兩期建設，建設工期18個月，預計達產後可實現年均利潤總額1.26億元人民幣。 為加快這一項目建設，公司擬增加註冊資本2.5億元人民幣作為一期7,500噸/年項目資本金，將銅冠銅箔的註冊資本增加至6億元人民幣。同時，擬將經營範圍變更為：電子銅箔製造、銷售及服務，銅材、銅合金、電磁線、電線製造銷售與服務，以及商品貿易。公司表示，擴建項目建成後,公司銅箔生產能力將達到3.5萬噸/年，從而使各種規格的銅箔均達到規模化生產，不僅可應對市場對各種規格的需求變化，而且也將實現規模效益。 (來源：百能網)
