上海自貿區擴大開放31條措施公佈

7月1日淩晨，中國（上海）自由貿易試驗區外商投資准入特別管理措施（負面清單）（2014年修訂）》發佈。與2013版相比，新版負面清單明顯“瘦身”。清單裡的特別管理措施由原來的190條調整為139條，同比縮短26.8%。其中，因擴大開放而實質性取消14條，因內外資均有限制而取消14條，因分類調整而減少23條。就開放度而言，新版負面清單還放寬了19條，與2013年相比，進一步開放的比例達到17.4%。與此同時，上海自貿區進一步擴大開放的31條措施已經獲得國務院批准，涉及服務業領域14條、製造業領域14條，採礦業領域2條，建築業領域1條。(來源：海南日報)
