大陸外商投資准入門檻放寬 取消外商投資公司最低註冊資本限制

為了激發市場活力，降低准入門檻，此前大陸出臺多項商事登記制度改革。其中商務部於近日發出《關於改進外資審核管理工作的通知》。《通知》明確，取消對外商投資（含台、港、澳投資）的公司首次出資比例、貨幣出資比例和出資期限的限制或規定。除法律、行政法規以及國務院決定對特定行業註冊資本最低限額另有規定外，取消公司最低註冊資本的限制。 據悉，商務部最新《通知》降低了外資投資企業的准入門檻，體現了此前國務院註冊資本登記制度改革方案中提出的“規範統一”的原則。(來源：法制日報)
