廣州職工醫保待遇標準再提高

今年1月起，新《廣州市社會醫療保險條例》實施，新條例規定職工醫保最低繳費年限從10年延長到了15年。根據新醫保條例，對於欠繳職工社會醫療保險費的用人單位，在欠繳費之日3個月內按規定補繳欠繳費用、利息和滯納金的，相關醫保待遇可以追溯；但超過3個月後補繳的，僅累計繳費年限，不補付醫保統籌待遇，也不補劃撥個人帳戶資金，欠繳費期間參保人所發生的有關醫療費用由負有繳費義務的用人單位負擔。此外，7月1日起，廣州進入新社保年度，進入新的社保年度後，2014年廣州市城鎮職工醫保統籌基金年度累計最高支付限額將由原來RMB38.25萬元調整為RMB41.82萬元，加上重大疾病醫療補助金RMB15萬元，2014社保年度職工醫保統籌基金年度累計最高能報銷RMB56.82萬元。(來源：新快報)
