國務院辦公廳:關於進一步加強涉企收費管理減輕企業負擔的通知

近日，大陸國務院辦公廳為貫徹落實黨的十八屆三中全會精神和國務院的部署要求，進一步推進簡政放權，建立權力清單制度，充分發揮市場配置資源的決定性作用，激發企業特別是小微企業的活力，發佈了進一步加強涉企收費管理、減輕企業負擔有關事項通知。具體措施主要體現在：一、建立和實施涉企收費目錄清單制度；二、從嚴審批涉企行政事業性收費和政府性基金專案；三、切實規範行政審批前置服務專案及收費；四、堅決查處各種侵害企業合法權益的違規行為；五、全面深化涉企收費制度改革等5個方面。(來源：國務院辦公室)
