HDI成主流，台廠產值受惠

據市場研究機構NT Information估計，今年全球PCB總產值約達621.02億元，年增3.84%，產品線又以高密度連接板(HDI)為產業主要成長動能之一，未來5年複合成長率達4.3%，高於多層板的2.1%，及硬板的0.6%。定穎成功跨入HDI生產，目前產品主要銷售兩岸市場，估算兩岸市占逾2%。公司看好未來HDI將成為PCB產品主流，主要因通訊發展持續演進，高階手機不斷跨界整合加入更多的功能，如照相功能、GPS、娛樂性功能等。促使HDI以及軟硬結合板需求不斷增加。另外，穿戴式產品將成為下一波成長應用領域。定穎掌握HDI技術後，已積極朝軟硬結合板方向佈局，公司之前軟硬結合板為外購，看好趨勢發展，將採取自產自銷方式，切入軟硬板市場，屆時軟硬結合板將主要用於照相模組。巨橡則受惠美系智慧型手機品牌廠將訂單供應鏈轉至臺灣，公司表示，今年台廠訂單供應量明顯轉強，由於半導體龍頭廠接下美系訂單，促使下游載板業者定單量增加，載板客戶出貨強勁，包含IC載板與軟板客戶訂單均增加。目前巨橡於兩岸IC載板用鑽孔墊板市占率近90%，受惠市場放大。（來源：聯合晚報）
