江蘇新能源汽車補貼細則出臺

近日，江蘇省出臺新能源汽車推廣應用補貼細則，江蘇省將給予公用事業單位和私人消費者、承建充換電設施的服務運營單位最高RMB20萬元/輛的補貼，汽車生產商按扣減補助後的價格銷售。按照標準，純電動乘用車每輛補助RMB2.5萬元，插電式混合動力乘用車每輛補助RMB1.5萬元，純電動客車每輛補助RMB20萬元，插電式混合動力客車每輛補助RMB10萬元，超級電容、鈦酸鋰快充純電動客車每輛補助RMB6萬元，純電動專用車按電池容量每千瓦時補助RMB800元、最高每輛RMB6萬元，燃料電池乘用車每輛補助RMB8萬元，燃料電池商用車每輛補助RMB20萬元。此外，LNG客車、貨車等清潔能源汽車每輛補助RMB2萬元。裸車、電池分離銷售的，按車輛、電池成本比例享受財政補貼。充換電服務運營單位承建的充換電設施費用，省財政給予15%補貼。據悉，國家新能源汽車推廣政策是中央和地方按照1:1給予補貼，江蘇省的省級財政補貼是按照國家補貼標準的40%支付，剩下的60%由各推廣城市財政安排。(來源：揚子晚報)
