廣東惠州加強淡水河治汙整頓 關閉22家重污染企業

日前，惠州市政府常務會議審定了《惠州市2014年淡水河潼湖流域污染整治目標任務》（以下簡稱《任務》），根據《任務》要求，淡水河潼湖流域將突出抓好落後重污染企業淘汰，關閉20%以上重污染企業（共22家），優先關停有重金屬排放的電鍍等重污染企業。《任務》延續了廣東省關於2014年環保專項行動的精神，要求淡水河潼湖流域要突出抓好落後重污染企業淘汰，關閉20%以上重污染企業（其中惠陽區11家、仲愷區10家、惠城區1家），優先關停有重金屬排放的電鍍等重污染企業。同時，嚴格環保准入，落實省政府《關於嚴格限制東江流域水污染專案建設進一步做好東江水質保護工作的通知》，流域實施限批，對新增項目嚴格控制，落實環評備案制度。此外，在加大環境執法力度上，將建立聯合執法機制，省環境監察局定期組織深惠兩市環境監察部門開展聯合執法和交叉執法，重點強化對淡水河潼湖流域電鍍、線路板等重金屬排放企業的環境監管，並提出流域內工業廢水排放達成率達到95%以上，國控重點污染源廢水排放達成率達到100%，各重點工業污染源的工業用水重複利用率達65%以上的指標要求。(來源：南方日報)
