世界第二條8英寸IGBT專業晶片線將在株洲投產

日前，被業界認為現代變流工業“皇冠上的明珠”的關鍵技術在中國南車取得產業化突破：公司投資近RMB15億元的IGBT產業化基地建成並即將投產。這是大陸首條、世界第二條8英寸IGBT專業晶片生產線，首期將實現年產12萬片8英寸IGBT晶片，配套生產100萬隻IGBT模組，真正實現IGBT的大陸國產化。它的投產，將打破國外公司在高端IGBT晶片技術上的壟斷。據悉，IGBT是一種實現電能轉換和控制的電力電子器件，中文名叫絕緣柵雙極型電晶體。自從1897年科學家發現“電子”這個物質後，人們一直在探索如何利用並控制這個神奇的粒子來造福人類，1904年，科學家發明了二極體，這標誌電子學技術的開端。(來源：上海電子網)
