3D列印技術發展計畫年內將會出臺 培育大型企業

近日從大陸工信部有關人士處獲悉，目前《國家增材製造發展推進計畫（2014-2020年）》（徵求意見稿）已初步制訂完成，年內將會出臺。據瞭解，大陸對3D列印的發展目標包括：到2017年初步建立增材製造（俗稱“3D列印”）技術創新體系，培育5至10家年產值超過5億元人民幣、具有較強研發和應用能力的增材製造企業；並在大陸全國形成一批研發及產業化示範基地等。在政策措施上，大陸將加強組織領導，加強財政支援力度，並支持3D列印企業境內外上市、發行非金融企業債等融資工具。此外，在3D列印的重點發展方向上，徵求意見稿擬定了五大方向：一是金屬材料增材製造，包括針對航空航太，核電、能源等機械零部件直接製造需求，研製鈦合金、高溫合金等金屬材料；二是非金屬材料增材製造；三是醫用材料增材製造，例如針對牙齒、假肢、手術導板、手術輔助器械等方面需求，開發醫用外部矯形器械專用材料等；四是設計及工藝軟體；五是增材製造裝備關鍵零部件。(來源：上海證券報)
