大陸白電巨頭海爾再爆裁員計畫

近年來，海爾首席執行官張瑞敏不斷強調要用 “互聯網思維”改造製造業，以達到“智慧無人化”的製造環境。近日，其在出席某商業論壇時自曝裁員計畫，稱今年裁員會在去年的基礎上繼續進行，預計再裁掉1萬人，且對象主要是中層，原因是製造業務的智慧化減少了用工數量。據悉，海爾去年初員工數量是8.6萬人，截止年底減少至7萬人，裁員比例為18%。(來源：北京商報)
