國家密集出臺政策扶持小微企業 助力發展

5月22日下午，國務院總理李克強在赤峰召開部分企業和金融機構負責人座談會。李克強強調：“金融是經濟發展的支撐、血液，金融的穩健運營要靠經濟的平穩運行。在實體經濟面臨困難時，金融機構要加大對實體經濟，特別是中小微企業支援力度。”今年以來，大陸共召開了14次常務會議，其中5次提到要加大對中小微企業幫扶力度，鼓勵其健康發展，要為中小微企業成長創造良好氛圍。其中：1月22日主持召開國務院常務會議，會議確定了以市場為主導，鼓勵創意、設計類中小微企業成長，引導民間資本投資文化創意、設計服務領域，設立創意中心、設計中心，放開建築設計領域外資准入限制；3月17日，文化部發佈關於貫徹落實《國務院關於推進文化創意和設計服務與相關產業融合發展的若干意見》的實施意見等。(來源：人民網)
