商務部對原產歐盟光伏產品“雙反”

商務部日前發佈公告，裁定原產于歐盟的進口太陽能級多晶矽產品存在傾銷和補貼，自2014年5月1日起，對上述產品徵收反傾銷、反補貼稅，實施期限為兩年。此次“雙反”申訴由江蘇中能矽業、江西賽維LDK光伏矽科技、洛陽中矽高科技、重慶大全新能源四家多晶矽企業共同發起。商務部於2012年7月對歐盟多晶矽傾銷和補貼情況正式立案調查。此項調查自2012年11月1日起開始，原計劃2013年11月1日前結束調查，但因為情況複雜，則延期至2014年5月1日。分析人士指出，對歐盟進口多晶矽採取“雙反”措施，短期來看對我國相關行業是有影響的，但實際影響卻並不會太大。目前國內的多晶矽原料生產廠家較多，考慮到下游的需求，多晶矽價格也很難有大幅上升空間。(來源：人民網)
