宇柏林自動光學檢測，歐亞百廠區採用

近年來行動裝置成為消費者主流，IC載板的需求量愈來愈高，而封裝廠對其品質要求也愈來愈高，一般板廠於出貨前皆會進行電測與外觀檢查。但一般外觀檢查機只能針對防焊漆表面污染、露銅、明顯刮傷...等缺點，設定參數時間又耗時；針對條狀產品，電測因線路設計網路連結的關係，測試率無法含蓋至100%，而且治具費用高昂且等待製作時間長；又對於封裝廠，載板打線位置(Bonding Finger)的尺寸以及表面品質檢查，是一般外觀檢查和電測皆無法檢測含蓋的部份。而宇柏林的防焊後線路檢查機，利用特殊的光學檢測方式和檢測邏輯，讓制程即使完成防焊、鍍鎳金後，仍然可以進行線路的短、斷路檢查，並可同時檢查打線位置的尺寸、間距、表面不良等封裝廠在意的問題點，提供進一步的線路品質檢查。宇柏林股份有限公司投入自動光學檢測(AOI)設備領域已超過十五年，其中主力商品『底片檢查機』分佈于歐亞兩洲，已達數十家廠商且超過100個廠區使用。(來源：宇柏林股份有限公司)
