TCL第三期面板項目落戶武漢

華星光電與湖北省科技投資集團簽約，雙方各出資RMB35億元成立武漢華星光電技術有限公司，專案總投資RMB160億元。專案建設週期為26個月，2014年第四季度動工，2016年底量產。達產後每年生產顯示面板或模組約8,800萬片，實現產值超百億元人民幣。據悉，華星光電第6代低溫多晶矽顯示面板專案並非TCL集團的內配專案，其量產的高端中小尺寸平板顯示器的解析度都在350甚至400以上，三星、蘋果、聯想在內的終端製造商均是公司潛在的目標客戶群。T3專案一期設計產能為3萬片/月，玻璃基板尺寸為1,500mm×1,850mm，產品定位為高端中小尺寸平板顯示器，生產手機用3~7英寸顯示模組和平板用6~12英寸顯示模組。 (來源：第一財經日報)
