西安三星半導體項目5月正式投產

2012年9月在西安奠基的三星半導體工廠，投資額達到70億美元，生產最新型的存儲晶片，預計將於2014年5月正式投產。據悉，該項目配套的投資還在繼續，三星預計向半導體的後續工程投資5億美元、向生產2次電池的工廠投資6億美元，並計畫建立軟體發展研究所。與此同時，西安三星半導體落戶後正在形成的產業集群，將對西安乃至大陸電子資訊產業競爭力的增強起到積極的作用。(來源：上海電子網)
