宜特落下試驗升級，滿足手機品質測試

隨著消費大眾對於智慧型手機耐摔的高規格要求，使得國際各大廠商訂定比以往更嚴謹的可靠度試驗標準以確保產品品質。iST宜特集團臺灣總部4/15號宣佈，為了滿足業界需求，特別針對落下/衝擊試驗能量進行升級，達到目前國際手機大廠最高之規格要求-G值(重力加速度)達10,000G。落下/衝擊試驗，是業界常用來模擬掌上型產品從高度掉落之品質測試手法，此手法除了可瞭解產品外部的面板等外觀損壞程度，更重要的是維繫著產品壽命關鍵因素，在於內部連接著各IC元件與電路板的焊點，可承受之衝擊力道(重力加速度，G值)與撞擊時間(ms)。宜特指出，宜特升級的落下/衝擊測試能量達10,000G/0.2m，搭配多軸向架構，已可滿足國際大廠要求的摔不壞之高可靠度測試需求，為IC設計公司進入國際大廠有可能的需求做好準備，成為客戶最重要的測試驗證夥伴。(來源：宜特科技)
