營收結構優化，南電業績逐季攀升

IC載板大廠南電受惠于非PC應用如網通、手機、遊戲機等需求，首季營收已年增約2成，第2季IC載板、傳統PCB產能利用率均將較首季全面升溫，業績可望逐季成長，且2014年全球PC出貨量雖仍衰退，但企業用戶可望因XP停止更新，帶來部分換機需求，市場也看好南電營收隨著產能利用率正向成長；但，南電2014年PC占比將因其他應用增長而下滑，從產品類型來看，覆晶載板占45%，打線載板占25%，PCB則占30%，營收結構可望進一步優化。受惠於PS 4、XBOX One熱銷而大幅成長28%，遊戲機處理器IC載板、PCB供應商南電首季合併營收也達到新臺幣78.44億元，年增近20%之多；除了遊戲機外，4G LTE伺服器、基地台及手持裝置也是南電業績重要成長動能，帶動其FC BGA、FC CSP及多層板產能利用率升溫，第2季各產品線產能利用率將全面較首季成長。而在網通、行動裝置需求升溫同時，南電在車用電子也頗有斬獲，2014年新客戶訂單加入，帶動業績增長，整體而言，南電2014年業績成長主力來自非PC應用領域，營收也將隨之逐季升溫、逐漸走出營運穀底，全年表現將優於2013年。(來源：電子時報)
