奧特斯在華發展迅猛 重慶又建新廠

日前，歐洲最大的印製電路板製造商之一奧特斯集團（AT&S）首席執行官葛思邁先生會見了重慶市常務副市長翁傑明，並介紹了企業的最新動向。奧特斯集團已經決定在重慶工廠生產全球最新一代的半導體封裝載板。且重慶工廠已經進入了生產設備調試階段。此外，奧特斯位於重慶的新工廠目前正在如期建設中，預計2016年將投入生產用於連接處理器和電路板的IC載板。作為奧地利在華最大的投資者，奧特斯上海工廠目前已經成為全球最大、技術最先進的HDI高密度電路板製造基地之一。重慶廠投入運行後，將成為其全球第7家工廠以及在大陸的第2家工廠。(來源：印製電路資訊)
