多晶矽產業掀起新一輪擴張潮 產能過剩隱憂再現

大陸光伏行業2013年上半年延續2012年的低潮。下半年，有關部門連續發佈關於光伏並網發電、上網電價補貼等利好政策，光伏發電應用市場逐漸回暖，多晶矽的價格也在9月份開始出現了反彈走勢。今年初開始，大陸國內多晶矽企業複產、擴產欲望強烈，紛紛上調產能目標，而在內蒙古、新疆等煤炭資源富集地區年產萬噸甚至5萬噸級的新專案規劃也是不斷出爐。據不完全統計，2014年多晶矽產能將達到15萬噸。業界相關人士表示，目前光伏業出現回暖就過於樂觀地估計形勢，當前仍需對多晶矽產業可能引發的盲目擴張和重複建設保持警惕。龍頭多晶矽企業應該認識到潛在的產能過剩危機，做好結構調整、控制好總量。(來源：經濟參考報)
