TCL擴充海外版圖 購松下旗下三洋電視工廠

今年1月，松下宣佈全面接手旗下子公司三洋電機的電視機業務，並於4月併入松下的家電部門。但隨著松下最近幾年縮減其電視業務並全面從消費電子領域向民用航空、住宅、新能源等B2C業務轉型，松下對三洋電視業務顯得“力不從心”，並希望儘快擺脫非核心業務資產。近日，松下走出其接手三洋電機電視業務以來的第一步，將三洋電機將位於墨西哥液晶電視工廠運營公司SMSA的90%股權以1,522萬美元出售TCL。該項交易本月底完成。根據協定，從今年4月到2018年3月，三洋會將聯屬公司的相應訂單轉給TCL多媒體代工，以保證該工廠的盈利狀態。(來源：騰訊科技)
