富士康欲實現業務多元化謀轉型 內地新增九項投資

29日鴻海公佈2013年業績，去年實現淨利潤約1,067億新臺幣，同比增長13%，公司整體營收約為3.95萬億新臺幣，增長1%。為營運需求和發展新事業，鴻海公告擬轉投資大陸貴州富貴康精密電子、煙臺富泰康電子研發、深圳福匠機械人科技、鄭州賜福科技、濟源賜福科技、深圳基智國際、深圳博萊材料科技、深圳金機虎精密機械、臨沂金機商貿城等。從公告主要營業項目來看，鴻海此次擬轉投資範圍，涵蓋手機、平板電腦及遊戲機配件、電子零元件及軟體發展、多功能工業機器人、自動化類設備、伺服馬達、精密數控加工用高速超硬刀具、塑膠粒製品、金屬或金屬碳化物用射出模或壓縮模、精密零元件設計開發製造服務等。其中較為受外界關注的是位於山東臨沂的金機商貿城以及賜福科技與福匠機器人科技的投資。據瞭解，金機商貿城的投資涉及約12億新臺幣，主要是從事精密零元件的設計開發製造、銷售、買賣、租賃及維修服務，未來將採取電子材料“前店後廠”的銷售模式。(來源：第一財經日報)
