超聲電子完成7.73億人民幣增發 募投項目將實現產業升級

超聲電子25日晚間發佈非公開股票發行情況暨發行上市書，公司以RMB8.01 元/股的價格非公開發行9,653萬股，共募集資金RMB7.73億元。募集資金將投向電容式觸控式螢幕產業化建設專案和高性能特種覆銅板技術改造專案,計畫投資RMB6億元。募投專案投產後，公司將在原有產品結構的基礎上提升電容式觸控式螢幕及高性能特種覆銅板的業務規模，實現公司在上述兩個領域的技術突破和產品升級。(來源：上海證券報)
