上海自貿區企業境外外匯放款上限調整

大陸國家外匯管理局上海市分局2月28日發佈了《關於印發支援中國（上海）自由貿易試驗區建設外匯管理實施細則的通知》，目前該實施細則全文已全文公佈。該通知明確，“將區內企業境外外匯放款金額上限由其所有者權益的30%調整至50%”。上海自貿區外匯管理細則還規定，境內銀行通過國際外匯資金主帳戶吸收的存款可在不超過10%的額度內境內運用；在佔用短債指標的前提下，可將國際外匯資金主帳戶吸收存款中超出10%的部分用於境內業務。(來源：財新網)
