中京電子擬2.86億元人民幣收購方正達 加碼柔性電路板

自去年中京電子開始涉足柔性線路板，成立深圳分公司後。近日，該公司並購方案終於揭開面紗：公司擬以發行股份及現金結合的方式，以2.86億元人民幣的總價收購柔性電路板企業-湖南方正達100%股權，在進軍柔性印製電路板（FPC）產業的路上再下一城。據悉，公司擬以RMB8.83元/股向湖南方正達股東方笑求、藍順明發行股份2757萬股，以及支付現金RMB4255.69萬元購買其持有的方正達100%股權，其中以非公開發行股份方式支付的比例為逾85%，以現金方式支付的比例近15%。(來源：上海證券報)
