大陸光伏業面臨美國全面設限

美國國際貿易委員會日前裁定，從大陸和臺灣地區進口的晶體矽光伏產品對美國相關產業造成實質性損害，美國政府將繼續對此類產品進行“雙反”調查。這是美國自2011年11月以來第二次對光伏產品發起“雙反”調查。根據美調查程式，美商務部將於2014年3月28日前後做出補貼初裁，於2014年6月11日前後做出傾銷初裁。此前，美國商務部於1月23日發佈公告，決定對進口自大陸的光伏產品發起反傾銷和反補貼合併調查，本次調查的涉案產品為晶體矽光伏電池，不論是否單獨、部分或完全組裝成為其他產品，包括但不限於電池、元件、層壓板、面板和建築一體化材料等。業內人士認為，面對接二連三的國際貿易戰，在採取積極反制措施的同時，大陸應進一步採取措施擴容內需市場，儘快落實並網、發電補貼等政策細則。(來源：經濟參考報)
