敬鵬改寫歷史新高，健鼎、博智馬年旺

印刷電路板產業1月營收普遍不淡，敬鵬、健鼎、博智相對耀眼，敬鵬更是產業鏈唯一改寫歷史新高，健鼎、博智也各創33個月及15個月新高。敬鵬是全台最大汽車電子PCB廠，去年營收創歷史新高，並看好今年汽車電子產業。汽車電子已是PCB廠近年積極開拓的新藍海市場，耀華、欣興、健鼎、精成科均大力爭食。敬鵬表示，因應汽車電子需求，已著手擴增產能，估計新廠最快明年貢獻營收。健鼎過去主力產品在筆記型電腦（NB）、硬碟（HDD）及記憶體模組（Dram Module），近年營運深受PC產業不振衝擊，但汽車PCB及HDI佈局大陸手機明顯發酵。健鼎表示，一月尤以大陸中低階智慧型手機出貨最旺，明顯帶動高密度連接（HDI）板需求，汽車電子出貨也將持續提高。博智是伺服器PCB廠，在雲端趨勢及新添客戶，也有望走出去年衰退。伺服器也是近年PCB廠看好的市場，先豐、金像電、華通是主要供應商，金像電居全台最大，今年目標占營收45%。(來源：經濟日報)
