華東科技募資百億人民幣投8.5代LCD

華東科技日前披露了一份非公開發行預案，公司擬定增募資不超過105億元人民幣，淨額不超過103.88億元人民幣；其中100.88億元人民幣投入到南京中電熊貓平板顯示科技有限公司(以下簡稱熊貓平板)，用於建設第8.5代TFT-LCD項目，而剩餘3億人民幣則補充公司流動資金。根據預案，募集資金將用於熊貓平板繳納註冊資本以建設第8.5代薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器件項目。本次出資完成後，華東科技將持有熊貓平板57.65%的股權。按照規劃，此次募投的8.5代線專案總投資291.5億元人民幣，建成後將形成月加工6萬張(面板尺寸2200mm×2500mm)玻璃基板的產能，主要產品涉及4.7＂、7.0＂、10.1＂、13.3＂、55＂等超高解析度TFT-LCD智慧手機、平板電腦、電腦及電視模組專案。(來源：中國經濟網)
