上銀科技(中國)公司成立，將于蘇州設廠

上銀科技董事會6日通過，將斥資人民幣3億元成立上銀科技（中國）公司，主導在蘇州工業園區建廠計畫，並投入精密傳動零元件及系統件研發與生產，正式啟動進軍中國大陸市場的腳步。上銀董事長卓永財日前在員工尾牙會中宣佈，上銀今年將進入「智慧新世代」，集團合併營收挑戰10億美元。對此，上銀今年積極展開擴建廠與通路佈局。配合進軍中國大陸市場，上銀新申請成立上銀科技（中國）公司主導蘇州建廠計畫，新廠預計今年第2季動工，初期投資金額近新臺幣10億元，將作為大陸的研發與組裝基地，後續第二期則投入機器人生產。另外，集團位於德國歐芬堡的建廠計畫，預計5、6月間動工，台中市精密機械二期園區建廠計畫將在第2季啟動。初估整體投資金額將超過百億元新臺幣。(來源：經濟日報)
