大陸商務部:對美進口太陽能級多晶矽"雙反"制裁

大陸商務部網站20日發佈了對進口太陽能級多晶矽的反傾銷反補貼調查最終裁定,決定自20日起,對原產於美國的進口太陽能級多晶矽徵收反補貼稅與反傾銷稅,對原產于韓國的該產品徵收反傾銷稅。根據公告,對自美國進口的太陽能級多晶矽的反補貼稅率為0%至2.1%,反傾銷稅率為53.3%至57%,而對韓國公司所適用的反傾銷稅率為2.4%至48.7%。前述反補貼稅和反傾銷稅的實施期限為自2014年1月20日起5年。 本次反傾銷、反補貼調查的太陽能級多晶矽主要用於太陽能級單晶矽棒和定向凝固多晶矽錠的生產,是生產晶體矽光伏電池的主要原料。(來源：中國工控網)
