長沙創芯月產規模達12萬片6寸晶圓項目將投產

長沙創芯積體電路有限公司一期晶圓廠經過二年興建，近期已經完工，將開始生產6寸晶圓;第一階段達產月產能規模為3.5萬片，全部專案完成後，月產規模將達12萬片6寸晶圓，年銷售額將超過10億元人民幣。據悉，長沙創芯電子總投資約3億美元，晶圓廠1期占地面積約12萬平方米，2期占地面積約10萬平方米，專案設計月產能達12萬片6寸晶圓。該項目將形成以積體電路製造業為核心，帶動電路設計、封裝、測試、原材料供應等配套企業的發展，拉動產業投資約200億元人民幣，提升湖南省微電子半導體行業發展水準。 (來源：經濟日報)
