江西省發改委：2017年基本化解産能過剩矛盾

從江西省發改委獲悉，針對該省鋼鐵、水泥、平板玻璃、船舶等行業産能過剩矛盾，省政府日前出臺《關于化解産能過剩矛盾的實施意見》。意見提出，到2017年，江西省鋼鐵、水泥、平板玻璃、船舶等行業化解産能過剩矛盾任務基本完成，達到全省産能規模基本合理、發展質量明顯改善、長效機制初步建立的預期目標。 根據實施意見，江西省將通過提高財政獎勵標準，落實等量或减量置換方案等措施，鼓勵各地加快淘汰落後産能。(來源：江西日報)
