上海17日公布了《進一步深化上海國資改革促進企業發展的意見》。“上海國資國企改革20條”共分7個部分，分別從加快國資與産業聯動調整、優化國資布局和結構，規範法人治理結構、完善選人用人和激勵約束機制，鼓勵企業立足本土融入全球、提高國際競爭力，優化國資監管體系等多個方面制定了一系列舉措。還强調積極發展混合所有制經濟，加快企業股份制改革，實現整體上市或核心業務資産上市。(來源：鳳凰網)
