大陸解決環保問題已刻不容緩，法規也日趨嚴格。陸媒報導，目前官方正在規畫環境保護法的修正草案，未來企業若是違法排放汙染物，不但將被責令限期改正，逾期未改正的企業更可能遭受到按日連續處法，代表罰款恐將無上限，徹底杜絕企業僥倖之心。揚子晚報報導，今年6月份，大陸十二屆全國人大常委會第3次會議舉行二次審議環境保護法修正案草案討論，其中，針對環保罰則方面，更強化處罰力度，若是地方政府及其相關部門負責人放任環境汙染不作為，嚴重者將可要求其引咎辭職。
草案規定，企業排放汙染物若超過大陸的國家或地方標準，或超過重點汙染物排放總量控制指標，政府或相關部門應要求企業限期治理，責令其限制生產、排放或停產整治。
報導稱，若是企業未能在期限內改正，新的草案將明確實行「按日處罰制度」，也就是說，逾期未改正的企業，執法機關不但可依法祭出罰鍰，還可以按照原處罰數額按日連續處罰，意味著罰款將無上限。(來源：工商時報)
