留人才 陸企明年調薪8.8%

大陸人力資源服務商「前程無憂」今天公布「2014離職與調薪調研報告」顯示，大陸企業為留住人才，預計明年薪資漲幅為8.8%，比去年小幅增加；其中又以金融業調薪幅度最高，將達10.4%。此外，大陸消費者物價指數（CPI）一直保持成長，通貨膨脹壓力大，大陸企業也必須滿足員工調高薪資的期望。
分析說，由於全球經濟復甦目前從整體看來依然乏力，大陸企業調薪比較謹慎，2014年的整體薪資調幅較2013年上升的幅度不大。另外，調查發現，大陸員工2013年因全球經濟復甦乏力及企業招聘謹慎等影響下，整體流動略降，離職率平均為16.3%。
這項調查是今年9到11月進行，共訪問企業3421家、員工4613人；高科技業、房地產業、消費品業及製造業4行業報告同期發表。（來源：中央社 ）
