立訊精密擬對珠海雙贏增資4900萬人民幣

立訊精密近日發佈公告，公司將以自有資金RMB4900萬元對全資子公司珠海雙贏柔軟電路有限公司進行增資,增資完成後珠海雙贏的註冊資本由RMB4100萬元變更為RMB9000萬元，但公司持有珠海雙贏100%股權不變。通過本次增資，可以滿足珠海雙贏建設、營運資金需求，更快地實現珠海雙贏的中長期發展目標，提高珠海雙贏在行業內的競爭力，擴大生產規模，邁向精密高端的產業領域。（來源：證券時報網）
