欣興積極運作重返蘋果供應鏈 明年運營旺

欣興電子今年與蘋果關係疏遠幷衝擊營運，市場傳出，欣興正積極爭取蘋果新訂單，强調積極進行客戶結構調整。欣興是全球最大印刷電路板空板廠，近年營運相對不振，已連續三年下滑。 法人認爲，欣興明年第2季有望重返蘋果陣營，加上打入英特爾供應鏈，明年下半年明顯貢獻營收，届時可重現成長力道。在第4季及明年首季傳統淡季，預料欣興營運仍難有明顯起色，在重新擁抱蘋果及打進英特爾供應鏈發酵，明年下半年將會出現明顯轉機。欣興近年大舉投資興建球閘陣列（BGA）覆晶（Flip Chip）載板新廠，公司指出，第3季已有産品小量試産，但要明年下半年才會出現真正大量。（來源：經濟日報 ）
