京東方國內首條5.5代AMOLED生產線投產

京東方科技集團股份有限公司21日發佈公告稱，總投資220億元人民幣、大陸首條5.5代AMOLED生產線11月21日在內蒙古鄂爾多斯點亮投產，這也是全球第二條5.5代AMOLED生產線。除已投產的鄂爾多斯第5.5代AMOLED生產線，京東方還有兩條面板生產線在建設中：一條是合肥第8.5代氧化物TFT-LCD生產線，2012年5月開工建設，預計2014年一季度投產；一條是重慶第8.5代新型半導體顯示器件生產線，2013年7月開工建設，預計2015年二季度投產。(來源：東方早報)
