群翊新廠計畫2014,Q4落成 整合四大核心事業

從乾燥設備起家的群翊，成立至今除了在PCB產業乾燥與塗布設備市占領先外，也將核心技術成功導入LCD面板與觸控面板及軟性材料的產業。其中在發燒的觸控面板Cover Lens OGS制程，群翊乾燥設備以高均溫、高潔淨為特色，為國內外終端大廠的直接指定生產設備，已成功導入宸鴻、富士康、藍思及伯恩之國際級體系。另因應產品精密化與自動化提升，帶動軟板卷對卷(FPC Roll to Roll)設備需求，因此群翊研發完整卷對卷自動乾燥及曝光設備產品線，並取得包括海內外軟板大廠的訂單，為該公司創造更多元的業務契機。董事長陳安順表示因四大核心業務(塗布、曝光、烘烤、自動化)持續擴張，目前廠房因空間受限而分散四處，公司將計畫于明年(2014)第四季遷往桃園新廠，廠地面積約6,000坪，以利整合物料管理與生產製造。陳董事長另表示：研發人員流動率極低的群翊，秉持著不挖角，挑選合適的人才從基層培養起，包容員工從錯誤中成長，凝聚共識，是公司長期蓄積研發能量方式，也是公司成功的基石。(TPCA市場訊息部綜合整理)
